The Smile in One System (SiOS™), is a technologically advanced, revolutionary, full-arch dental implant methodology. It is the first and only system that effectively manages the numerous and persistent challenges and problems that exist with full-arch implant dentistry.

The System is the culmination of over six years of rigorous engineering, fabrication, and testing. To perfect the system, many complex factors had to be addressed, including the 25 most challenging aspects in full-arch implant dentistry. After the final engineering was completed, custom cases were manufactured to the unique and exacting specifications required for each of the 60 patients who were part of our pre-launch development. All 60 cases were a total success both upon completion of the surgery and in subsequent follow-up visits.

What is SiOS™?

It is a totally unique, proprietary system that incorporates full-arch workflows and beyond. We designed it to create state-of-the-art prosthetics on implants or natural teeth in minutes, not days or months as other procedures require.

Why SiOS™?

After years of working with the other systems that are available in the marketplace, it was concluded that every system was lacking in delivering superior, sometimes even acceptable outcomes. The team at SiOS™ was determined to move past the mediocre and to create a system that would deliver perfection…every time. The problems that plague full-arch on implant dentistry are well known. A solution to these problems have been elusive and certainly challenging to overcome. The perfect system had to reduce delivery times, eliminate the numerous and unnecessary appointments and guarantee a perfect fitting and lasting prosthesis…all during the first appointment. SiOS™ accomplishes this feat.

Who gets involved and how?

The process is designed to be driven primarily by the SiOS™ Certified Dental Lab along with the SiOS™ Certified clinical practitioner. Both the lab and the dentist MUST be certified in the SmileInOne® SiOS™ workflow, its use and applications, along with SiOS™ provided materials and processes.

What is being Certified?

A SiOS™ Certification means that both the laboratory and clinical personnel have been trained in the use, application, and workflow of the SiOS™ System. This is the only way to ensure predictable and best possible outcomes. We will only permit access to our System and materials to Certified personnel.

Why is the SiOS™ system being so restricted?

As with many complex systems, the input can and will largely affect the output. When the variables are controlled and managed, the risk of failure is mitigated exponentially. The SiOS™ team decided from inception that nothing would be left to chance. This is how we can replicate predictable and replicable outcomes. By using SiOS™ approved materials and workflow the results will be definitive.

The SiOS full arch dental implant system has been developed to handle a problem that has plagued all of the full arch implant cases. Even with the advancements in dental procedures, the precision fitment of the temporary prosthesis leaves much to be desired. 39 patients were put through this system to completion and all have been restored properly. 3 year follow up on the oldest of cases show acceptable bone levels and intact prosthesis.

By using strategically placed reference markers to confirm the Y axis of the prosthesis no matter what transpires during the surgery is what this system does to be better than anything in the marketplace.

Digital examination and record collecting, transfers to the proper and accurate pre surgical prosthesis to be 80% completed per surgical date. The final 20% are the tissue side & implant positions at the time of surgery with a chairside mill.

The reference markers stay throughout the surgery and are removed once the prosthesis is in place.

The SmileinOne System will eliminate the need for guesswork at temp case install and also eliminates the need for denture conversions and all the dreaded pitfalls that come with those.

In conclusion; After years of research & development and countless surgical procedures, the SiOS System was perfected. It should become the “gold standard” for all dentists worldwide.

In this phase, the dentist will perform the necessary steps for pre & post-surgical procedures using the SiOS System (a patentable methodology). The System is comprised of two parts.

  1. Our P3 (Precision Placement ProcessTM ) mapping and BeaconTM placement, and;
  2. The pre & surgical steps. During the Beacon placement, the dentist will choose the appropriate Beacons, screws, and other hardware as required by each case.

SiOS is the first company in the world to overcome the challenges of precision placement. The P3 (Precision Placement ProcessTM) is dynamic and adjusts for the changing oral geometry post extraction. Essentially, the System creates pre-surgical benchmarks that will be accurate even with the loss of teeth and/or bone. In addition, regardless of the degree anatomical shift, our P3TM will always provide perfect positioning of the prosthesis.

Using our System, every dentist will provide their patient with a perfect fitting prosthesis. This applies to dentures (upper, lower or both), crowns (temporary and permanent), fixed and fixed hybrid prosthesis.

Trained labs will design, manufacture and assist the dentists in this system.
